All transactions, subscriptions, and billing services executed on Hunter Digital Consulting LLC platforms are governed by this Billing Policy.
1. Recurring Billing & Subscription Models
Certain services and platforms operated by Hunter Digital Consulting LLC are offered on a subscription basis (Monthly, Quarterly, or Annually). By activating a subscription, you expressly authorize Hunter Digital Consulting LLC to charge the designated payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle.
2. Payment Processors
To ensure top-tier financial security, all payment processing is handled via secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. Hunter Digital Consulting LLC does not store or directly process your full credit/debit card information. Billing workflows are supported by encrypted infrastructure and compliance-oriented payment gateway routing.
3. Corporate Invoice, ACH & Wire Requests
Corporate invoice, ACH, and wire transfer requests may be directed to our billing support team at billing@hunterdigitalconsulting.net. Availability of invoice-based payment options may depend on verification status, service scope, and applicable compliance requirements.
4. Cancellation Policy
Users maintain absolute control over their subscriptions. You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time, with zero friction, through either of the following methods:

Note: Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled billing date to avoid automatic renewal.
