HUNTER DIGITAL CONSULTING LLC - REFUND POLICY

1. Digital Products and Subscriptions

Due to the immediate, digital, and cloud-hosted nature of the services, membership features, and platform access provided under Hunter Digital Consulting LLC ecosystems, all recurring subscription payments and digital access purchases are generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptions & Grace Periods

Refund may be granted at the sole discretion of Hunter Digital Consulting LLC management under the following limited conditions:

  • Technical Failures: If a documented technical error on our infrastructure prevents user access to the purchased service for more than 48 consecutive hours.
  • Fraudulent Activity: Verified unauthorized use of a payment method, provided the account holder notifies their bank and our billing team immediately at billing@hunterdigitalconsulting.net.

3. Chargeback Mitigation

Hunter Digital Consulting LLC firmly requests that users contact our dedicated billing department directly to resolve any invoice disputes before initiating a bank chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks are subject to immediate account termination and reporting to compliance networks. Payment and refund review workflows are handled through encrypted infrastructure and PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors; Hunter Digital Consulting LLC does not directly store full card information.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
